 Congratulations to Fairview Probationary Firefighters on their graduation from the Westchester Career Chiefs Fire Academy in Valhalla, NY.
FF P.J. Murray, FF Dominic Lombardo, FF Michael Zima, FF Matthew Keane  Captain Primerano and the Fairview Firefighters were in scene today at the Lee F. Jackson School and the Virginia Road School to help with the FF PHIL Fire Prevention Program teaching fire safety to our young students.
Firefighter PHIL Program  We received a letter of “Thanks” from Westchester County on behalf of Rob Astorino for our participation with the Veterans Honor Flight on 10/18/2014. They will be requesting our assistance with the next flight which will take place on 5/9/2015.  The Fairview Fire Department has implemented a new Firefighter Accountability System called the "Passport System" to track our firefighters while operating at emergency scenes. This system is being adopted by many of our surrounding departments with whom we work with on a regular basis. |
